El Charro is located one block from the only stop light in Floyd County Virginia. The restaurant is under the Winter Sun complex and can be access from the front or the back. In the bottom level of the Winter Sun you will find a few retail shops, galleries a candle shop and El Charro Mexican restaurant. The food is very affordable (cheap) and real good! I recommend the steak fajitas with the special hot sauce you can only have if you ask the waiter.
