The Floyd County Homecoming and Harvest Festival, featuring the County Fair, was created as an extension of the celebration of the County’s 175 years. The first year was deemed a success and the fifth year is here. The name has been shortened to the Floyd County Harvest Festival and County Fair but the purpose remains the same. The goal is to highlight Floyd’s agriculture, both past and present, to recognize our history and provide an opportunity for residents, visitors and family that have moved away to gather. The Festival will be held in the Town of Floyd this year.
Come enjoy the day’s festivities!!! There will be live music, vendors, displays and exhibits and lots of food! All activites, events, exhibits and displays will be held off of Fox Street in the Cooperative Extension parking area or in the extension offices.
